KL Mann Designs, an Architectural Design company based in Calgary, Alberta, is owned and operated by Kerri L Mann, A.Sc.T.

The company can be described as Professional, Flexible, Progressive, Innovative and Ethical. My results are the result of my customer-focused approach:

I will ensure Building Code Requirements are followed and met.
I will check and ensure City Zoning Requirements and/or Architectural Guidelines for the Community are met.
For local Projects I will apply for any Building Permits or Development Permits on my clients behalf.
I will work with my client in screening contractors in order to find one that’s reliable and competent and will work in the best interest of my client.
I will also act as my client’s representative in dealings with the contractor if my client would prefer.

Messages will be accepted by voice mail and e-mail anytime and will be responded to within 2 business days of receipt.

For local clientele I’m available to meet on Evenings and Weekends.

For Architectural Firms, Interior Design Firms, Home Builders and Companies doing Renovations and Additions I’m available on a contract basis to prepare Development Permit drawings and Building Permit/Construction Documents using your business' CADD Standards and Title Blocks for Wood, Steel or Concrete Construction.

Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario (AATO); Applied Science Technologist designation Architecture with ASET (Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists)

For additions and renovations to existing buildings I will typically use construction techniques to match the existing construction unless more recent advancements in techniques would be more advantageous.
